Buffalo Airway’s logos are trade-marked by Buffalo Airways Ltd. They are used under a limited license
agreement by express consent of Buffalo Airways. All opinions, commentary, and content on this site are
solely that of Buffalo Airways Virtual and not of Buffalo Airways Ltd. This web site is intended for aviation
enthusiasts who enjoy flying in the skies of Microsoft Flight Simulator. We respect the copyrights of logos
found on this site. Any information on this site may not, at any time, be used for real world aviation.
Buffalo Airways Virtual is a non-profit organisation and generates no revenue whatsoever. Any operating or
documentation that is similar to any actual airline is purely coincidental and is no way intended to violate
any copyright, trademarks or other protection laws.

Computer Crime
Computer crime or cybercrime refers to any crime that involves a computer and a network. The computer
may have been used in the commission of a crime, or it may be the target. Net crime refers, more precisely,
to criminal exploitation of the Internet. Issues surrounding this type of crime have become high-profile,
particularly those surrounding hacking, copyright infringement, child pornography, and child grooming.
There are also problems of privacy when confidential information is lost or intercepted, lawfully or
otherwise. Buffalo Airways Virtual will report any offence associated with computer crime or cyber crime to
the relevant law enforcements.

Terrorism
Buffalo Airways Virtual will report anybody who uses Microsoft Flight Simulator or our resources for
inappropriate use. We will report any offence deemed as “terrorist activity” to the relevant law
enforcements.
Donations
All donations given to Buffalo Airways Virtual are processed via PayPal. Buffalo Airways Virtual offers no refunds. You must be at least 18 years old to use PayPal.

Personal information such as your Name and Country is visible to all website visitors, Date Of Birth is only
visible on the forum however requires a login to view the profile and information.
How can I be sure the information is secure?
We take technical precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
We store all personal information your provide on our secure password and firewall secured servers.
You are responsible for keeping your own password and user details confidential, Buffalo Airways Virtual
will not be held responsible for loss of information in this case.
Although the internet is relatively secure we recommend not using Wi‐Fi or any other wireless network
unless it is firewall protected and has a password.

Your Rights
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to request proof of the personal information we
collect. We will send you a photographic identification which will show all of the information we have
