It is understood that BAV's fleet of aircraft for users of MSFS 2020 and 2024 is limited when compared with our other supported flight simulator options.
Because of this limitation, and our desire to support pilots using MSFS 2020 and 2024, we offer a number of approved substitute aircraft. These substitutes will remain available until a wider range of Buffalo's fleet becomes available in MSFS.
This list will be amended as new freeware and payware options become available.
When using a substitute aircraft: Please consider adding a simple comment in vmsACARS after ending your flight and before filing your PIREP. Simply note which substitute you used. This is not required, but it may assist your Hub Manager when reviewing the PIREP and reduce the need to contact you for clarification.
Important: If an aircraft is listed as an acceptable substitute in either the MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024 list, it may be used in either MSFS simulator.
